Silicium Wafers for Research and Production

I am looking for monocristalline silicium wafers to realize a process control during the diffusion step of solar cells fabrication. I would know if you fabricate this kind of wafers.

We want silicium wafers n dopped and p dopped. The n dopped silium must be covered on one side eith a tantalum layer of 100 nm and on the other side to be polished. The p silicon wafers must be  polished on the both sided.
